Message	grade foam on top everywhere it will fit. Did the wall behind the seats and all the way back to the tail light panel. Added about 40lbs but i removed the spare tire to offset some of the weight gain. Did a before and after test with my sound meter. IIRC, dropped 4 db at idle and about 6 db at cruising speed. (-3db is about 1/2 volume and -6db is 1/4 volume) You can check my profile for exhaust and mods. It was loud before the MLV. The change was SIGNIFICANT. I can have a normal conversation at 70mph without speaking up. Hope this helps!
